Sterling was poor and Young’s cut backs onto the right foot were limiting our chances. Southgate needs to make changes quicker and adjust the starting 11.

Dier is our 4th choice CB and miles better than any other CB on the England roster.

We dont have the players to play 3 at the back.

Jones, Trent, Dier and Cahill are the other options, we are hardly spoilt for choice. With 3 at the back you need that one guy with pace, Walker has that.

I don't like 3 at the back rather go with Maguire RCB and Stones LCB.
