Sounds like common sense deal to me. I assume this isn’t done on the strength of Duran being the replacement.

Money wise I suppose it does make sense.

Lose a few games though it could all look very different.

Ings is one of those players you want to like. Showed signs of a top player but just not enough of it. Overall good for everyone and I'm guessing this means we've got someone inbound shortly

Yep why not he'll be as good as Ings is sitting on the bench for sure and won't take up space in the 25-man squad

Why what do you expect? 20m 30m? Unai doesn't rate him that's obvious, too slow for his style I expect. Plus we have no idea what fees we are getting,.

Ever thought Emery might be running the 1st team? I expect to see more go in the next few days to free up space, it's what Unai said he needs to shift a few out or that's what I think he said

Yes he's never been the first choice under 3 managers has he

At least we won’t see him being shoehorned up front with Watkins - still think £15m a very skinny fee - still new manager not messing about chopping the dead wood - very refreshing

Exactly, Mings is the same if we could get 15/20m for him now and sign Torres that would also be a great deal. Do West Ham need a CB?

I'm quite happy that it looks like Emery is controlling what comes and what goes, bit different to Purslows idea of what's right for the club. We need players not pin ups.

Wonder what Cameron Archer is thinking? Should he have stayed? Not sure but I see all this as a general pruning and improving exercise. Sadly Ings never seemed to fit. Good luck at the Hammers, except against us!
