One chap in our group is convinced DW will be fired whether we go up or not.
I hope he is correct.

I also hope he's correct but I think if we go up he stays. What I don't understand is we have a business model that requires us to blood in youngsters and a manager who hates them and doesn't trust them, not even for cameos.
