Interesting to hear from Brighton CEO talking about losing their director of football. He said lots of clubs now look to recruit top roles within. He said they get a loans manager who then transitions to deputy director and then gets top role.

Sound familiar....well NA has been on the same process here so don't be surprised to see him take role after Webber
