Steve McClaren

As Piemag says it was always gonna be this . We've made a few decent looking signings but it's just a bit of weeding when really the whole lot needs digging up and starting again .

Simple we need more quality in certain areas else we will struggle.
Bottom three and it's not going to change much over the next few games.
Better organised but cards are getting plentiful.

Been impressed with the new signings so far but it's going to take 2-3 windows with the same investment to get any where

Its funny how all the same failed managers get the jobs, why not give some up and coming manager a try. They cant be any worse than the same old has beens touted about for every job vacancy.

They will cost a fraction to a manager like hippo heed and his ilk.

Head coach Steve McClaren has said he's considering an appeal for the straight red card shown to Mitrovic in today's one nil loss to Arsenal.

For any up and coming managers, knowledge of football would be needed by Ashley and Charnley.

We haven't had a decent manager since Bobby Robson so we are well due a top class managerial appointment. McLaren is a slight step up from Pardew, nothing more.

Not even sure I would allow him that Banjo. I reckon he's about a rung and a half down. He'll be a similar appointment though - no power, an irritating pain in the arse, a patsy, a singer from Mike's song-sheet, and a mediocre coach.

I reckon he's a better manager than Pardew and definitely easier to listen to. As others have said though it makes little difference as long as that fat ****'s at the helm.

Head coach Steve McClaren has said that Newcastle still have plenty of improvements to make this season as we head into the weekend's game against West Ham....
