Steve McClaren

Schteeeve is a crap manager . If you spend over 15 million on the trio of Massimo Maccarone, Malcolm Christie and Michael Ricketts you're a dunce.

The problem is they're not lesser clubs anymore. With the TV money the likes of Swansea, Southampton, Stoke and West Ham can compete on an even basis. Once Liverpool, Spurs, Everton and West Ham increase their stadium capacity their season ticket/matchday income will continue to rise whereas ours is decreasing season by season. If we don't get rid of Ashley very soon in 5 years time we will be so far away from the top ten in terms of turnover that we'll never be able to compete.

We'll be like the mackems where derby wins are all that matters in a season. What a sad state of affairs that will be. We'll be renamed the SGB.

With Carlo Ancelotti sacked tonight as well, it looks like the market is strong again for a managerial merry go round.

Meanwhile.......... We'll still persist in keeping Carver.

Head coach Steve McClaren has said that Newcastle won't be selling any of our best players in the remainder of the transfer window, but he doesn't sound......

Chump Charnley is probably drawing up a long list to cloak the Carver appointment. It smells

That's really pissinge off at the minute vin. Aren't Man city doing so as well. While fatty sold off our future for student flats.

Mclaren got sacked at Derby because he wasn't good enough in The Championship with the highest paid squad in the division. The obvious choice for SDA so another season can be written off by the end of the month. As Toony says the appointment of our next coach/manager will show which direction `we are going to make our own luck' is going.

And just think if SJH had of held off a little bit longer we would have been owned by the city owners as they looked at us first.

So once again the club has simply refused to bolt the horse to the cart. Nearly got there but yet again not quite good enough.

Whats the betting they come out with some shite saying carver knew he was poor for the majority of the games, but he showed enough in that last game to prove to us with a bit of investment he could do the job.

There was never going to be any other outcome.

Ashley knew how much he was going/willing to spend and no amount of supporter optimism and blind faith in him will change this.

The "investment" made this window is nothing compared to what he will pocket courtesy of NUFC by the end of the current season.

Yes it wasn't his squad and he was so badly hit by injuries.
Despite the fact he couldn't coach a load of Labradors we feel given the resources he will get WE WILL BE IN SAFE HANDS FOR NEXT SEASON. John is in on our 50 year plan. We have had 1000 applicants for the job.
Signed Chump Charnley

The bloke is worth 3,700 million. If he invested a 100m he'd still be worth 3,600 million. However he's spent 50m of OUR money and the sheep are bleating like fuck how he's showing ambition. The fat **** could blow everybody out of the water other than the two sets of ***** from Manchester and the plastic cockneys. He chooses not to out of total spite.

We haven't had a decent manager since Bobby Robson so we are well due a top class managerial appointment. McLaren is a slight step up from Pardew, nothing more.

Head coach Steve McClaren and Vurnon Anita have given their thoughts following the capture of Georginio Wijnaldum....
