I thought that was more like the 'away' Gills of last season.
Roberts was superb as others have stated his work rate,tracking back, was very very good.
Akinde's presence alone caused Rochdale problems at set pieces. Something we've lacked all season.
Very good work by the Gills management team getting these guys in.
Onwards and upwards!
 
If nothing else, it’s good to keep the unbeaten run going.

Seems there were chances for both teams to win. There was a clip up on twitter of one of their guys getting pushed in the back late on. Think I’d have wanted a pen if it was for us.

Also some decent clips of Akinde. He certainly is a unit up there. I think his presence made the bit of space for Roberts (and others) at times.

When was the last time we scored from a corner, and also from a long throw? Have we scored from either this season before today?
 
In the post match interview, BFSE was pretty damning of the defending on our right hand side. Not sure if he was directing criticism at BF or SOK - but he wasn’t happy!

He also hammered Mandron for missing the chance at the end.
 
Must have fallen asleep reading this thread.

But I've just woken up after a beautiful dream in which I read that we scored from a corner and a long throw today.
