His experience was non league and league 2. Championship was a huge step up and under Fawaz?

He went to blades in L1 which was the perfect next step and has done well from there

id be interested in seeing stats of lower league managers that do come to the championship. cos I admit I couldnt say many off the top of my head who have had the shot at it

I called for Wilder about 5 years (10 odd managers ago).
