Exeter haven't beaten anyone above 16 this season and haven't beaten us (at ours or both?) since 2001.

They have a number of ex Seasiders in their squad: Will Aimson, David Perkins and Demi Mitchell.

They've taken 7 points from the 12 over Christmas (I'm dreaming of a Christmas like that for 'Pool!!!)

Gary Caldwell (manager) and David Perkins have been to watch us a few times and he (Caldwell) feels Exeter can beat Blackpool.
 
Perkins- jeez he must be late mid 30s.
Mitchell - my defining memory of him is him losing the ball after we equalised in the 92nd min at home to Boro. Of course they crossed it and they scored.
People might forget he started in our team at Wembley '21.
We should see this out comfortably, I've predicted 3-0.
Up in hospitality today, its going to be a cold one- long John's on.

Beesley - thought it was a fracture, scan this week, good news it's not.
Boot off and starting back in a couple of weeks

Non of the 3 ex 'Pool in the 11. Aimson on the bench. 'Perky' is 41.5. I think he's now on the coaching side but was on the bench v Reading.

Mitchell went up to Hibs but only made 10 appearances. Still only 27 🤯

Hopefully win this comfortably. 3-1
