That was poor refereeing. About 7 seconds left to take the throw and he walked over to take the ball off us and blow. Odd.
 
That’s a well deserved 2-0, after that shot from Cambridge in the 2nd minute we’ve been on top and created several chances,
And we seem to have been playing towards the home end, not sure how that works.
They’ll no doubt get a rocket at half time so expect them to come hard out of the blocks but a chance to kill the game on the break
 
HT. Very good, controlled half for the Imps. Mandriou & Duffy linking well together. Duffy got his birthday goal 👏. Got to try and stop the Cambridge crosses - the last thing we want to do is give them a lift in confidence as I think they are capable of hurting us. Makama doing well, some lovely touches where he has heldd the ball up against an experienced defender then laid it off. Smith just needs some time out of the team with the coaches as he just doesn’t look on his game at all. Maybe replace him with Shodipo second half to offer a bit more threat down the right. More of the same please Imps 👏
 
very comfortable first half with the counter attack looking on more and more.
what we don’t want now is a repeat of the northampton game. good chance for skub to show how his approach differs. uti
 
A great first half for the lads.Have the cobwebs and doom and gloom been blown away now? Confidence and belief are so important and you can sense this is coming back in bounds. Now Jovian needs to bag that first league goal to get his dose of belief. Come on lads, another big 45 👏👏👏
