Now Newcastle break at pace, Joelinton finds Murphy who looks to beat Ederson with a low drive but its meat and drink for the City keeper.
 
Newcastle don't clear their lines properly, and the ball falls to Cancelo on the right, whose cross is blocked on the six yard line by a defender, and rebounds out to Torres, who finishes cleanly with his right foot shot, sending the keeper the wrong way.

Cancelo whips one across the box the Toon defender gets a boot to it but that just sets up Torres who finishes to double City's score 2-0
 
I jut wonder if we add another attacker and take ofa defensive midfielder whether we will start to score more, but the fact that we have a cushion now, might just free us up.
 
Sterling doesn't connect cleanly with a super Cancelo cross, and the rebound is hit against the post by Bernardo, and then cleared for a corner.
