- Club will sub-contract to a local agency in order to improve standards and reduce the HR workload on the reduced club workforce.

- Supervisors from previous season have been retained and will be employed directly by LCFC.

- Our intention is to provide a more consistent offer to our supporters.

- Historic late no shows, had been a challenge for the club to manage, in particular when at full capacity.

Have heard a few rumours that some of our stewards hadn't got the right qualifications and an urgent training programme was required, sounds like they've found a solution if so.
Granted said person who told me has a massive axe to grind with the club and I never know whether to believe what I'm told.

Doesn't like Appleton cos he's miserable (I shit you not),he's a quitter and thinks he's a very poor manager bar what he did at Oxford.
Not going to mention his reasons for falling out with the club on here.

His gran paid for him to go, season ticket, away games etc, she died during the 16/17 season I think hence being probably the only person not renew when we got back in the league.

You maybe correct about the qualfications. Although they had the correct way of dealing with people though.

Just hope the club are not going to employ a company who takes on staff (so called qualified) who have no prople skills as just experienced in Lincoln this eveining.
 
Got to admire the club as a whole . When there is a issue they try to resolve as quick as they can im sure some things dont always go to plan
