Payments, if made or becoming payable, might be subject to not filling employment elsewhere. In the event that you get another gig, within a certain timeframe, you may have to return part of the payment received and/or forego future payment. Really depends on the contract that we offered.

I imagine this is a pretty routine/regular occurrence and we won't have been done over. I like to think the days of inserting a 5k release clause into Jamie McCombe's contract etc. are well behind us.
