Very quiet on replacements, would think it was an easy question for someone from media to ask, but then doesn’t seem to be any interviews at the min.

It does seem like Tom Shaw is coming into a role. Whatever happened at Gainsborough was a bit weird though the way they announced it?
 
I was half expecting the GK coach to leave as well, but maybe he wasn't as big a MA appointment at those two.

If Croudson did leave, it would potentially leave a vacancy for a 'keeper coming to the end of his career to do one last season as first choice with us while moving into coaching, allowing Long to have a season on loan at maybe L2 or NL level.

Based on the directory of the website, Tom Shaw has taken Richard O'Donnell's job as 'Senior professional development phase lead coach'. Mike Hine is still listed on there though but would imagine that the Tom Shaw addition is recent.

Payments, if made or becoming payable, might be subject to not filling employment elsewhere. In the event that you get another gig, within a certain timeframe, you may have to return part of the payment received and/or forego future payment. Really depends on the contract that we offered.
 
What's to say it wasn't already arranged when they left and they booked a two week break before starting at Blackpool?
