...by manager/motivator/talent spotter extraordinaire Chris Sutton. Think he was shown the door around the same time as Clucas?
If ever there was a more contrasting lesson for young players who end up getting released they should look no further than these two players as to which life line to follow

Another player from that era had a case heard at the old bailey!
Midfielder played in the relegation side then a bit of the following season, cant remember his name?
Think he went to prison for something else?
Ali Fuseini? Seem to recall him ending up in court for something after he left us

This thread will now become a list of our players who have managed to fall foul of the law

So I'll add Paul Casey, David Gilbert and Adam Buckley as well as Bradley Wood.

Wonder if we could get a full team plus subs out of this

Let's not forget the son of the cod God , no wonder he was quite happy to be left on the bench , or even better to be left in the changing rooms on his own

Gorton? Or the lad from the cup tie who got motm then dropped a clanger! He got done for stalking! Mathew Ghent
Andy Gorton was allegedly caught with petrol bombs in his car when at another club. He sometimes had to be substituted in night games so he could be in before his night curfew at some detention centre he was being held at.

Gary Croft served time for disqualified driving but he bucks the trend in so much as this was before he joined us. Had an electronic tag on him during his Ipswich days.

Also it seems that Frank Sinclair spent a night in a Spanish cell along with a number of other Leicester players for an alleged incident with a lady in 2004 but as this went no further within the courts might be unfair to lump this with the others

Sinclair was also one of the Chelsea players who caused trouble when 9/11 happened.
