Injury update

Flecks back training anel is back as is mcD after suspension
downside both berge and bogle out till after the World Cup the latter going under the knife again after being rushed back too soon

Wow that's dreadful news about both of them. Bogle - he must be gutted, how on earth does this happen. I guess they don't know if someones truly fit until they get out on the pitch and play

I wouldn't have said this a few weeks ago just the opposite, but the World Cup may be a blessing in disguise for us now.
I agree Gray it could well help with our injuries but it's still a load of rubbish that the World Cup is being held mid season and in Qatar in my opinion. UTB

Shambolic.

It's getting difficult to care - it's obvious we're fucked this season.

The interesting bit is trying to guess when Ndiaye gets a bad one.

I'll do a helicopter on the Kremlin steps if we make the play offs. Utter and unforgiveable fucking shambles irrespective as to which incompetent twat/s are responsible.

Take all this shit away, or even half of it, and we go up this season without a doubt. And this season is surely our best chance. It's gut wrenching.

Can we have this post pinned to the top of the page please mods...would hate to forget it if it comes true :giggle:

What gutting news.

I'm no medical professional but surely the metal plate in Jayden's knee rubbing against bone should have been flagged before they put it in. Are we trusting our several million pound assets with elite medical specialists or are we doing it on the cheap ?

Sander's injury is inexcusable. He shouldn't have been on the pitch, that's on Heckingbottom, and if that weasel James Linington had reffed the match competently and fairly a nothing player like Dozzell wouldn't have had the confidence to drag Sander down to the ground against his momentum.

George, Anel and Fleck back in training is a little more positive. We've just got to try and get to the world cup around the top two spots. We need lads like Khadra and McAtee to step up.

McAtee is going to get the games under his belt now that's for sure. I think we'll know more what to expect from the coming months after tomorrow's performance. Blackpool at home would have been a gimme a few weeks ago, now they're on a bit if a high and we've taken hit after hit culminating in back to back defeats and the loss of Berge. Can we knuckle down again or will the players heads have gone? We'll soon know.
