Gills players out of contract

Have just used the simulator on the above link, going with the worst case result in all games, and we most certainly aren't mathematically safe, regardless of the teams below us that have to play each other. Managed to get us as low as 22nd, relegated with 51pts. Obviously it'd require a pretty extraordinary combination of results. But as others have mentioned, that was also the case the year we got relegated at Wycombe.

Ah bugger! You’ve just raised my stress levels a few notches again madrid. I was having such a relaxing Easter as well.

We’ll just have to get 3pts today then ?[/QUOTE]

Sorry, OSK. As you say, 3pts today and all will be well.

Incidentally, none of the bookies are even offering a price on us going down now. Bristol Rovers and Shrewsbury are 300/1.

This is true, but on that occasion we needed an extraordinary combination of results over one match day. This time it would require 3 sets of extraordinary results to happen. Yes, because of that we’re not ‘mathematically’ safe, but in reality, we are.

We've been safe for a while! Let's just enjoy the last three games, and stop this negativity! :-)
Yes look at Walsall ,Southend,Accrington ,Wycombe and Scunny they have about 8 wins between them since the end of January and at least two of those will stay up.Most of the wins they have got since then have been against each other or Bradford.

Even if they do win, there's another seven teams below us that won't :-)

Thanks for that Madrid. It shows how daft some folks were a week ago saying that we were already safe. At half time in Friday we were only 2 points above the relegation positions. A point today should do it though.
