What a joke, they agreed to the rules in the first place.

As usual you only have to look at the nature of the comments to understand the situation.
The same tropes appear:
>> Given the number of charges they MUST be guilty of something
>> “Bent” “Cheats” Biggest cheats in sporting history” etc
>> “If they were innocent they would want it sorted soonest”
>> “They’re going to get away with it”

The effect is the same across the board - in the eyes of the vast majority of non-City supporters the club is guilty because charges have been laid. Job done.

Mission accomplished for the rags, Dips and Arse:-

Reputational damage ✔️
Achievements tainted ✔️

Yes the damage has already been done and will stay with us forever, I do think that the petty charges should be dropped by the premier league as David Bernstein suggests and let's see what the premier league has in it's bag, unless the Premier league will claim success even if it is a 'fail to co-operate'

“Failing to cooperate” has always been their “get out of Jail” card - I always suspected the main charges were a high bar but they clearly felt pressure behind the scenes to DO SOMETHING (by the usual suspects) so they went large knowing that they could always fall back on the lesser issues to claim a ‘victory’.

It is have a go at City week -

Just because some ex CEO of Everton says that Everton's punishment on their charges which they admitted, is definitely going to mean them being thrown off the Coupon (not is so many words) but everyone has jumped on that band wagon.
