Any news on Joe Walsh who left us at the end of last season ?

He seems to have disappeared completely. I presume that he's either retired, or maybe taking his coaching badges.

Was training with us just to keep his fitness up but there's no updates anywhere to suggest he's fixed up a deal anywhere. Happens to quite a few players in all honesty so you can't blame them chasing the money when they get the chance

I recall that being something Jason Shackell was linked with but I don't remember reading that about Walsh

Oh yes, my mistake - it was Shackell.

Shackell emigrated to Austin, Texas (his wife's home town) where they now run a real estate business together.
