Coronavirus

I'm struggling to see how virtually every large conurbation is heading towards another lockdown except the biggest one of all London. Have they all gone on Holiday to Bournemouth and Cornwall
 
Lancashire will have restrictions apart from Blackpool.

Not sure how that is going to work , the odds are that everyone from there will go to Blackpool for the weekend.

I don't think people will take any notice, the very people that need locking down are the ones who have been breaking all the rules from day one and these rules won't make them suddenly conform. Me I've had enough and will continue to do what I've done since July , keep away from everyone except my bubble. Works for me and has worked for sensible people, The Bournemouth beachers ,the protesters, the pissheads, the anti maskers and those who can't live without fecking holidays in France or Spain I hope die a slow agonising death they deserve.

From my corner of the world, it looks like a mad house over there. The Government puts rules in place and then nobody obeys them. Even the Government don't obey their own rules.

I can't see what the logic is at all. It just looks like there is nobody in charge.

I've decided I'm in charge of my family and will keep them as safe from the rest of the idiots, It's also how I approach driving treat everyone else as an idiot. It works for me.
Problem is the government has no control over idiots and won't use the heavy hand for fear of upsetting people, those people know this and play on it. Would people be out protesting if the knew they'd get battered, would they be going into shops without a mask if the could be arrested and locked up?

Usually this stereotype has a big old gob on them that made them want to be overheard in pubs and are usually the biggest hypocrites.

I’m no fan of the lefties, but at least they say and do what they think rightly or wrongly. There’s a fair few of the generation in their 60’s and older who will moan all day long about something and other people not doing so and so, yet are the biggest culprits but obviously they can do no wrong.

Guaranteed there will be a 2nd lockdown at October half term.

The problem is that half term is staggered these days so different areas are off at different times.

From cummings breaking his own rules... everyone had a get out clause.
From the parties held at VE day and everyone getting away with it opened the floodgates for everyone to do so.
People demonstrated and rioted and got pandered to instead of enforcing distancing laws.
People rammed beaches and not forcibly moved so just got worse.
The list goes on and on.
Well done governement. How many people are going to lose their jobs now? A second wave will be way worse. Like we are seeing.

Nature is what is controlling us, and it is doing it by death. The Governments aren't even in control of their own members at the moment, let alone control of everyone else.

Young lad (20's) today, walked through the Kingfisher by dad and myself, looking all 'hard' and defiant, because he was on 'our' side and the arrows were so very clear. He was trying to be a 'punk' and buck the trend. Fine, I get it, in normal circumstances. Be young, be stupid, be like a lot of us were, don't listen to advice, get drunk, take whatever, let the cards fall as they may. But ffs, get a grip of the few brain cells you own when it comes to things like this. Fine if he wants to risk himself, don't really give a toss if he wants to risk me in truth, but he was risking my 81 year old dad.

Nah, not on.

And if I did anything, who would the security escort out?
