Don't think we'd be able to, if 3 clubs met the buy out clause Brit could talk to all three & choose which one he goes to, out of our hands then.

The payment structure is an interesting issue though, is there a minimum time period transfer fees have to be paid over, is it the initial contract length. or could they hit his release clause by offering 500k a year for 30 years?
