Thought Targett was poor again, and Mings is still dodgy.

Watkins yet to convince me, and not a great start for Barkley.

There's always one! Personally I though Mings was solid and even Targett didn't do badly either, got a couple of solid blocks in.

Serious question, do you think us has Villa fans put to much stress on our boys, because these empty stadiums seem to be helping?

I was thinking it’s such a shame we couldn’t be there to witness it but the whole atmosphere would’ve been completely different. It potentially energises the other team.

It is what it is, have to take amazing wins there or not!!

No, I think its simply that we've got some confidence and Konza and Luiz have found their game and that was post-shutdown. With the new players we've got, its just adding strength to the squad and we're hitting our stride.

Awesome performance, awesome result. We battered them and could easily have had 10/11 goals.
Their kids gave us more of a game last season!

Ross took a lot of Jack tonight

Yes, with how troublesome Barkley was from midfield they simply couldn't double up on Jack like sides normally do. McGinn was a great outlet one side, Barkley the other for him rather than holding the ball.

Then Targett/Cash/Trez/Watkins and the others pushing totally buggered their defence.

I think this was the first game for ages where Jack didn't win a single free kick! Just shows the affect of having players to take the pressure off him.
