Government debt is spooking everyone, there's an awful lot of people predicting that a mature western economy will start interest defaults as 'international investors' stop buying at debt auctions, it's the same old issue it has been for the last 8 years - public sector debt is simply too high, especially in the Uk where we can't even find the money for our own capital infrastructure investment other than going cap in hand to the Chinese.
We have to cut debt and we have to do it now.
No one is listening. Our newly elected prime minister is about to go on a $70,000,000,000.00 spending spree.
