I would have thought you might be more concerned about witnessing the end of your beloved party. Obsolete. Irrelevant. Finished. Believe it or not that saddens me given it's origins and wonderful leaders historically. The world has changed to the point the only way a socialist party can govern is in a one party state. The irony of that is that we live in one. The Tory party state.

Sean Labour aint my beloved party,i've explained countless times on here and BM that my politics are that i can't stand the tories and nothing or no one will ever change my mind.I would've thought someone like you that claims to know most things would know this about my politics but hey ho. UTB

I don't claim to know most things rod. If I know what I'm talking about I post. If I don't know I either ask questions or just don't post. Your stupid dig says a lot more about you than me. I'll leave you to work out why.

I can't stand the tories,FACT.I said Labour aren't my beloved party,i've never paid a penny into the Labour party i just vote for them as i've said cos of my dislike of the tories. My and other folks views are stupid if they aren't the same as yours in Beany world it seems,i think in a democracy we're all allowed our views, if others want to become part of the tenbob brigade and vote for the gits then that's entirely up to them.UTB

When I divorced from Labour and voted Tory for the first time I didn't enjoy the experience of going against my unbringing but I was right then and now IMO.
Now it's second nature, especially when we have a Labour front bench of MPs
who are only interested in shouting their desent out of pure hatred and nothing
to do with policies.
Every shout of 'sleaze' was another voter changing their mind Rod
Thank God for Boris and his £126m R&D investment and later vaccien rollout.

It is bizarre that someone who's formal education produced no qualifications except for an NVQ in Social Care (Majoring in lifting old folk and wiping their arses) should find themselves as deputy leader of HM Official Opposition. What on earth are these people doing in senior positions..?

The labour party is now over and done. It's irrelevant,obsolete and in its death throws. The world has changed beyond all recognition since it had genuine relevance and it is still stuck in doctrinal failed systems with absolutely no idea how to reinvent itself. It can't. It's aims and aspirations no longer relate to today. We have moved on and get on. Collective bargaining no longer exists. Trade unions now have only peripharel involvement in decision making. Industrial action is virtually a thing of the past.
A one trick pony who is waiting to be turned into glue.
Yet still some who pollute this fora think they are so right, so superior when in point of fact it is their mantras that have gone a long way to causing the electorate to resent and reject them, to vote out of the eu, to chuck labour out of their heartlands and to reject en masse the labour war criminals bastard child called PC.

I think this criticism of Sir Kier is completely uncalled for.
After all, while we “ordinary people” were concerning ourselves with trivial matters like this killer pandemic, and the economy, the analytic lawyer’s brain of Sir Kier was trying to get to the core of the matters that really were important. How much were the curtains and other furnishings, in the No. 10 flat.
However, while it is always dangerous to underestimate your opponents in sport, war or politics, the Conservatives should also remember that very few elections are won. The vast majority are lost.
