On this day in 2016 Bailey scored a stunner in the champions league. 19 he was here. Can't wait to see him in action Saturday.

What we saw there was a player with pace who can transform from a winger into a striker in an instant. He looked like a centre forward bearing down on goal and with the finish to match. A fantastic cameo. I just hope he is not one of those players we look back on and say "if not for injuries".

As soon as he received the ball from Ings, you just knew he was going to score didn't you, in the same way you'd back any top player.

indeed, apparently just a tight thigh which was caught in time (Dean Smith in a post match interview)

really hope this is the case and he has an injury-free career at Villa. I can see him becoming a truely great world class player

I'd go further and say he has elite potential, someone we'll likely struggle to keep in 2 seasons if we're not banging on the door of the Chumps Lge. He is everything United think they have with Sancho or thought they were getting with Depay.
