The original reason for starting this thread was about the food plan I'd (and deano) had been on and the great loss i got. It then developed into this great thread.
Health, fitness, nutrition. Enjoying it.
Thought I'd update, despite the last 5 weeks being brain ache bad/awful I've maintained, fairly easy, the weight loss. Pretty much stuck in or around 12 stone which is a good weight for me. The scales say bodyfat is up a bit, but the eyes say it isn't, but just pleased the plan, that I now do myself rather than having the musclefood plan (on the same principles and I buy most of my stuff off them anyway) has set me in good stead. Cooking lovely food - all 10 mins max, which is what I need to do brain ache wise, I can't stand cooking for hours, if I did, I would be too tired to eat.
Pleased though, because I've not been able to do any walks and had no chance of any training. To know in the bad times I've got a drip on things weight wise is great because it is a lot easier to think sod it, if I'm going to feel like this, I'll eat what I want or to just lose track of what you are eating.
I keep a food diary, note my nights sleep and my symptoms. All very abrievated, only need to put 'back of head' 'disconnected legs' etc not loads of detail. And now have a monthly summary. Just easier for me to keep tabs (especially on food) and make sure there are no common factors pushing me into the flair ups (and basically, there really aren't, it is just the way the condition is).
