What a bloody hypocrite.

Why not look at the other side of the coin, I know someone well , who has to have a specialist carer every day, the carer does a 100 mile round trip, not illegal and Although not ideal she keeps my mate in good spirits as well as keeping him alive, and Dom’s wife and child both showing symptoms Of Covid 19 , I think it reasonable to go to them, put yourself in his place, would you go ?
His wife did not show signs of having the virus, neither did the kid

By the same token, it was pointed out that Dr Jenny Harries explained a day after lockdown "If you have adults who are unable to look after a small child, that is an exceptional circumstance"

Conflicting views as always.
But Cummings has relatives in London and the full force of Downing Street behind him. The child thing was pure bollocks; like driving 60 miles to test his eyesight with a four-year old in the car. Bollocks total bollocks. Dr Jenny Harries - the woman who courts controversy and has had call for her to resign.

All of the Brits who have chosen to make a life and have families in other European countries have suddenly had the automatic privilege to reside in those countries yanked away and they didn't get to vote.

The people most affected by it didn't get a vote on it.

No matter what your views on Brexit that doesn't feel right.
Firstly, did the local populace "get a vote" about potentially unlimited immigration from other EU countries ?

Perhaps any worried Brits should have a quiet word with their neighbours - then a polite word with the politicians and officials in their respective countries of residence.

I'm sure that the vast majority of law-abiding, tax-paying Brits will be welcome to stay.

Whether she was right or wrong, her advice was what was put forward by the government well before Cummings made his trip.

The fallacy that the rest of the country did not have the opportunity to do what Cummings did has been shown to be just that.

The fact that Cummings had family in London does not mean that they would have been able to, or have agreed to, take care of his child. The 17 year old niece in Durham volunteered to and had a separate building in which to isolate with the child. With the price of property in the capital, would you have assumed that his London relatives would have the same separate space?

The old three card trick, eh? If you're as gullible as that no wonder you swallowed all the shite they spouted about EU membership.

It definitely is a 3 card trick, a Labour MP is found to be meeting her married lover during lock down, so you raise the Cummings issue again, nice try.

Anyone think it’s strange that the MP for Maidstone and Canterbury need second homes in London but the MP for Sittingbourne doesn’t?

The most gullible are those that have judgemental preconceptions about somebody they have never met, or conversations to which they have not been a party, or motives about which they can only, at best, guess.

Any Labour MP caught has to be suspended from the party for a period. Its irrelevant whether one is in power, its the optics and its still parliamentarians having one rule and the voters another again.

Keep up - she resigned/was kicked out of the Party (or had the whip withdrawn). Try again!

According to Cummings, at no point were he and his wife (collectively) unable to look after his child, so how did his situation qualify as an extreme circumstance?

In the end - so if the Fire brigade tell you there is a suspected gas leak in your property, and it turns out later that it was not the case, you would have defended your stubborn resolve to stay at home?

So what? Cummings bared all supposedly in his media briefing but it led to confirmation that he cocked a snoop/stuck up two fingers.

What on earth does that have to do with the price of eggs - look up analogy
