Would only encourage diving. Players dive more so they get more chances to score. Harry Kane would be all over that!

Its only obstruction if they dont have the ball within playing distance. sheilding the ball is part of the game and goes on all over the pitch. I would give the GKs a set time to get rid of the ball once they have control of it by hand or at their feet. This waiting for the forward to approach them before they pick the ball up is just daft IMO.

Straight red card for diving. Throw ins given other way if player taking throw in steals an amount of yards. Time limit on throw ins of 10 seconds, if not taken in that time goes to opposition.
