Worth keeping an eye on ? Word is that John Marquis might be one of those released by B/Rovers - who are due to publish their list tomorrow.

More chance last summer as he is ex-Millwall so would have had "mates" here.

Can't see that he could play alongside Andrews and at 34 I don't think he would add any pace.

He has also said that he may explore opportunities outside playing.

Still effective but, as others have said, no pace and a year older. Doesn’t sound like he’s convinced he wants to keep playing either.

Matt Smith has zero pace. We`ve got Chambers (aka Andrews) who`s as big, much faster, younger and improving.

Speedy, tricky forward Rob Apter has returned to Blackpool after a season loan at Tranmere - where he was very impressive. Big squad at Blackpool, Apter might be loaned out again.
