It's not just the golf merger but the talk being that the Saudi government have bought 4 clubs and plan to spend £1 billion on players to spruce up their league.
With Cristiano Ronaldo already being there, the likes of Benzema has joined with very strong rumours that Wilfried Zaha, N'Golo Kante and Messi are going to follow. 20 top players is the supposed target to start.
I wonder if or when the league fails to shine, will we be fed some of these players favourably?

I feel there is a very good chance we could secure the services of some of those players on "friendly" loan terms. and why not? Chelsea, Man U & C plus numerous European clubs have been gaming the system for years.
