Women’s Rugby Union World Cup

Just watched New Zealand end England’s 30-match unbeaten run, in the World Cup Final. This was a cracking match, the best rugby I have seen for years (not that I watch much rugby). Two very good teams and a game that could of gone either way. Two contentious decisions may, or may not, have influenced the outcome, but what an advertisement for Women’s rugby. Around 45,000 in the ground, a sell out.

I've watched 90pc of the Rugby league world cup and it's been a great series of games. Saturday will be a rugby day with both the women's and men's on the same day, one after the other after the other. Great to watch a match where the referee has respect from the players and managers, with no visible time wasting. Football can learn a thing or two about how the players conduct themselves during a game.
