Because we were playing another championship side finding itself in the premiership next week will back to the norm when we come up against a better team with better playersMore attempts at goal and more shots on target in last night's game than the previous nine games combined
100 percent spot on ,we,ll be set up to not lose but end up losing and we will all be livid again lolBecause we were playing another championship side finding itself in the premiership next week will back to the norm when we come up against a better team with better players

They were without Livermore, Gibbs and Diangana as well. It was a great chance to get our first win wasted by poor finishing, lack of quality and the general sloppiness that defines us currently.
Sloppiness is a really good description of us a lot of the time....and surely that could and should be ironed out
I don't want to open an oldish sore but, regardless of some excellent shot stopping, Ramsdale's overall approach is just that, sloppy- and that helps no one.It doesn't seem to be getting ironed out. We're at sixes and sevens defending every cross into our box , for the WBA goal Fleck loses Gallagher because of a bit of movement from Sawyers and Sander, as the first man, makes a mess of a routine clearance - really poor from both of them . Corners should be a leveller for a team like us, but we're failing at both ends of the pitch.
The sloppiness and lack of fitness that are hurting us so much are aspects that should be polished up in training. The situation is in such a state now Jan Van Winckel or whoever should be brought in to imprrove the coaching set-up, CW won't like it but he's not in a position to resist.

He's getting more work than any keeper for the last couple of years so is noticed more of course. You're right about communication across the defensive 5 and there's a general malaise in what was the most secure unit of the team- they just don't gel as they used to (JOC loss is so,so critical but surely it can't all be down to that, can it?).Good coaching and experience will see Ramsdale improve over time, at his age I'd be more worried if his fundamentals were more polished but his shot stopping was sloppy.
Keith Edwards has mentioned a lack of communication at the back a few times, so being more gobby and forceful is something Ramsdale has to work on. He's a rough diamond - just like Burke, Ampadu, Bogle and Brewster.
