It was a solid team performance in which no one really stood out, good or bad.

But Lasse Sorensen showed his usual marauding pace but also some sound defensive skills and some physical strength to retain the ball a couple of times, and gets my nomination.

I'm extending this to midnight due to the poor response. I had hoped to get home from work, switch my laptop on and be able to crack on, but that isn't possible now!
 
I think this week the Captain can take the man of the match award on behalf of the team. Really was a team effort, no one was exceptional but no one was substandard either. O'Connor did everything you would of expect of him, strong and resolute. He set the standard.
 
The poll for this should have been published on Sunday, 24 hours after the thread had been started, but because of the poor response, this wasn't possible and now I've lost interest!
