I'm not the biggest fan of the grandees that run The EFL but given the shambles at the likes of Bury, Bolton and Notts. I feel I ought to cut them some slack on delaying the divisional allocations this year.

That ship has sailed. The leagues are what they are now and will run with one less team if someone goes bust.
