Only difference I can find is that the Labour Party are actively trying to remedy the issues. A lot of which was brought around by the Corbyn fanatics, who are slowly but surely being weeded out of the party.

Only one gets mentioned Hindley cos one side appear to be doing summat about it, whilst the other side seem to encourage it.
