TURMOIL LEVEL 9.5

Vital 1st Team Regular
Do you reckon all of this is part of a carefully orchestrated plan that's been thought through to push the club on or just a whim of Ashleys....or even a prelude to a sale.

I've saved LEVEL 10 for the return of Wise... :17:

The bloke is a **** and I can't believe he's made as much money as he has. It must've been one hell of a gamble.

He sells shit clothes to charvers and as Corner puts it...sports clothes to people who don't do sports. He saw a gap in the market and steamed right in. The other people involved in that market tried (failed) to make their outlets appear decent and have an image........Ashley didn't bother with that he just used a wharehouse philosophy for his stores..pile em high sell em cheap.....

The more Ive thought about it, the more you think that there could be some sort of orchestrated plan.

Ashley buys the club and doesn't have the first clue what is going on as the lack of due diligence proved.

He then employs decent people to get us moving, including Chris Mort, an actual plan was in place with a sniff of ambition before realising the finances weren't as rosy as first thought and Mort went back to his day job.

Then, not trusting many, he employs one of his mates in Dekka to use his experience of running a casino to try and do it here. Dekka asks for full control apart from the transfer budget, which Ashley has to agree to.

Ashley sits back for most of the time to let his 'mate' run us, only stepping in when things are dire, including the relegation season four years ago and January just gone.

After that, Ashley sits down to think about the future here and maybe sees the income that comes our way due to the TV deal and never want to have the stress again, so becomes more hands on.

One fall out from this is an end of season summit in which he lays the law down and doesn't get the answers he wants, particularly off Dekka, so then he turns to his other mate (JFK) to get him involved somehow.

Maybe to help tactics, maybe not but as he has more of a clue to the footballing side than Ashley, he employs him anyway.

it's all about trust with the bloke.

Maybe he has changed his plan here, maybe not but whatever it is, things wont be the same again.

I'm struggling - it looks like a whim but the carefully orchestrated plan bit is to get rid of Lambias and Pardew, that must have been the intended consequences of letting that prick spout his shite on the airwaves these past few days.

I would caution against any thoughts for the fans here though with any sign that things improve on the footballing side with people like Kinnear around the place. kinnear went out of his way to have a go at the fans the other night, that must be his brief too. I reckon the upshot of all this will be a new owner.

He probably thinks it's a plan but really he's just stumbling from one fuck up to the next. Remember, this is the guy who said we had a 5 year plan 7 years ago or whenever it was. Which 5 year plan are we into now?

I remember when he first came he wanted us in the Champions League and would be willing to invest to get us there etc. Fucking liar.

I'd take a season of utter turmoil..no new players brought in..Ben Arfa..Cabaye..Tiote sold 40 million brought in ..60 million from the Sky deal and Ashley taking the 100 million ...........IF it led to a sale.

I think I may be addicted to dots.......

I think Pardew is gone and JFK will be in the dug out come the first game with at least 3 purples sold replaced with old British replacements

I think Pardew is getting pushed out , JFK is only being used as a catalyst by MA, as he doesn't want to have to pay out a fortune in compo . I bet he already has someone lined up for the job .

He also got very very lucky with the timing as his sport boom coincided with the recession and the amount of normal people, as well as chavs shopping in there is absolutely fucking shocking. I've seen people I know shop in there and people I know who work there, but what the fuck can you do? Tell people to shop somewhere more expensive because you have a thing about SD. Fucking sickening
