Starts tomorrow from Penzance. Up and down all day, no long climbs but some really short sharp climbs throughout the day. Not sure that Cav will make it for a sprint finish which is 500m uphill to the line outside the Bodmin Steam Railway. I'll be there with a moaning wife. My prediction for both the stage and overall is Julian Alaphilippe.

Not my favourite riders them two Chronic....... Jumbo are my least favourite team.... just sumat about em. ( and i don’t mind winners )
