Tisdale leaves Exeter City

It is quite staggering that Danny is the 31st longest serving manager after 2 seasons, the turnover of managers is ridiculous.

Exeter still seem to have the core of a decent group there. Doubt they'll be in relegation trouble.

From reading some comments from Exeter fans, it seems that he's probably overachieved a little with their squad, and bearing in mind they lost a couple(?) of important players last summer.

Exeter have just announced their retained list, with seven leaving: Troy Archibald-Henville, Robbie Simpson, Ryan Brunt, Liam McAlinden, Dan Seaborne, Alex Byrne and Lewis Williams.

The most startling thing is that they still have 26 players under contract, meaning they had 33 players in the squad last season. They also had four on loan, taking the total to 37. For League Two, that is incredible.

Always thought that Archibald-Henville was a decent old school reliable type of defender though I think he's had some injury concerns recently and he is getting on a bit. That said I wouldn't be unhappy if he turned up at Sincil Bank
