Absolutely ridiculous how it stays open for the first month of the season. I expect Newcastle to sign another 3-4 players (optimistic, I know) but they won't be signed until end August, start September. By that time we're likely to have dropped 12 points out of the first 4 games. Time to close the window before the season kicks off.
