Does anyone know him? Is he going to face a court case or just a ban?

Odds are he'll get a ban, which tbh is all that's required to make him a martyr.

Yes, that's the one. I read 3 years somewhere but hope he does not go to court for it - entirely peaceful and to make a point, on behalf of many many fans now.
