Sat watching The Wright Stuff on Channel 5 where they do phone in debates on the hot topics of the day and today one of the topics asks should Sheffield United give Convicted Rapist Ched Evans his job back on his release from prison??

No! It puts him back into a position where gullible girls will think a footballer is someone special!

I'd like to say that he's paid for his crime but I really can't - rapist really shouldn't be able to get away with what they've done. It's unforgivable.

I agree, they should keep him in jail. That's my point any way.

By all accounts the Blunts are going to take him back I wonder if anyone will return their season tickets in protest and if fans stay away only time will tell

I wonder what the sponsors will think and do about it

The people on Radio Sheffield this morning, what little I heard, seemed more for him going back to Sheff United than not - and they were mostly women

I can't say i've heard anything about the circumstances behind any of this , so i really wouldn't like to stand in judgement.
