Posted this on Jack's thread before the game. The last truly great song by The Who. IMO up there with the best of 'em.

Although it was written about Elvis, to me, it's about heroes, belief, love and redemption. Seems appropriate today.

Having recently re-introduced myself to his back catalogue, was interested to find this in the Guardian. Sure all fans have an opinion. Born In The USA above Born To Run is not on for me

Not a Weller junkie but what a great album All Mod Cons is. Saw them live at the Rainbow in London when it was released, fantastic.

Difficult those lists aren't they? I must admit, the album they put as last I think is a stormer. Of his last 4-5 albums, there is only Wrecking Ball that hasn't really grabbed me.
