Should have cleared it with his right foot. It was ungainly and he got away with it. Poor overall footballing technique from a pro. You don’t go around the ball like that in that situation.

Awesome today, but a special mention for his passing ability. It’s being overlooked and is underrated.

He played some lovely controlled balls over the top and plays on the floor through the lines regularly. Konsa simply cannot do it which makes Mings extremely important.

Player of the season for me!
That last ditch tackle was brilliant not least for the fact that he had to race back to make the block, when Konsa was standing still! Showed the character of the man with his never say die attitude, which I'm sure St.Unai will be appreciating.

Unfortunately he won't win as now these are voted for online its always won by sky 6 players who vote en mass. Its why Arteta has won manager of the month 3 or 4 times this year.
