Midfield needs filling out a bit, and an out and out striker wouldn't go amiss, although we managed last season when Tammy wasn't finding the net.

Cahill would be a lovely addition on a free, would make the Mings fee more acceptable and no need to spend big on Webster.

I’ve said it before, but I’m 44 and over the years there’s been quite a few players who just really seem to get what being at Villa means. Over the last decade - not so many.
Last year Terry and Snoddy did and this year, McGinn, Jack and Mings definitely have.
