Resident ref also said it was a pen but VAR wouldn’t interfere because it wasn’t clear and obvious error. Suggestion seems to be that the on field ref should watch the replay himself

I see that Conor Coventry was named on the West Ham bench tonight. I thought that those loaned out couldn't play for their parent team which is why Joe Morrell isn't featuring for Bristol. Different rules for the Premier??
