The Lovell effect

According to Steve himself he concentrates on defensive organisation in training, I'm sure Ian Cox has a large input there.
They don't spend much time with attacking formations as Steve believes the players should be free to express themselves and just enjoy the football.
I don't know what the players think of his methods but they are certainly bringing results.

I think he's had 9 games in charge. 5 wins, 3 draws and 1 defeat. That says it all.

By all accounts the football is better also. Long may it continue.

Some of the so called 'experts' slated our signings as not good enough. Parker and Eaves are scoring regularly. 2 of the main targets. I've only seen 3 games this season, but what i've seen of these 2 was positive in all 3 games.

I hate that some of fans slate the signings before they've kicked a ball. At least give them a chance.

As I have said before, it seems Pennock and Taylor didn't have the confidence to use the players to do what they signed them for.
