A Grealish injury has been on the cards for a while. We failed to counter the Grealish "most fouled player" which means he dives narrative and it has trickled through into the minds of referees and pundits. One commentator was salivating when that west ham defender started roughing Grealish up which isn't accepted with anyone else. In my opinion Smith hasn't been vocal enough about refs protecting Grealish. Obviously not Smith's style to play games via the media but it gets to the point where you have to say something.
