They could get hold of the UK directors, the two that are supposedly ‘specialists’ in their field. They should really be demanding an immediate meeting with them. At this moment in time I’d take admin again, far better than the owners fiddling whilst the club burns. It’s simple, they either sell before season starts or they place us in admin. The EFL won’t allow the status quo to carry on and let us start the campaign - in that scenario it’s liquidation.

I am definitely coming round to the unthinkable position thar Admin is the best option at this point. If we go into admin now we will get 12 points off next season but it gives us the maximum amount of time to find potential buyers before the new season. Also if the owners keep getting more points deductions and then put us into admin in a month or so we'll just end up in a far worse mess.

Kenny - there is such a thing as a same day payment that is offered by the banks. This would have enabled payment on Tuesday - so long as we had the funds......Actions speak louder than words......and failed to act again,

I've had arguments with him in the past but that said he's still been bullied terribly over the years by some of the "elite" group of fans.

Maybe he had reasons in the past for biting, none of us know but he's a genuine fan who has been around a lot longer than a lot of people who now claim to be life long fans.

Plenty of times I've seen digs at him when he hasn't even been involved in conversation or just downright bullying of him.

Even you here have completely dismissed him for no good reason.

Would you be OK if people did that with you?

All I did was suggest his post be treated with caution, and not necessarily at face value.

When we post on message boards and twitter, we all take the chance that no bugger will listen to us ... it's up to us in what/how we post as to whether or not others will consider it worthwhile reading ... and trusting.

I think the funniest thing is all the replies he got talking as if he was giving official news!The bloke is and always will be a fantasist of the highest order and those folk are swallowing every word! Hilarious!!

Kenny bank transfers are generally within a few hours or instantaneous if both recipients and payer have UK bank accounts.

I've seen the emails, Paul kendrick has seen the emails and then used them to contact the efl, barry from pwu and formerly here have all seen the emails.

Strange that you would call him a fantasist when you've provided no proof you actually work for the club. I still think you are deb c and your daughter works for the club.

You are just further proving that dave gets bullied for no reason whatsoever. Not sure a "club employee" should be speaking about any fan in this manner.

I think we’d be all grateful for some official news. As you work for the club, have you any?

Have the players been paid? Are staff expecting their next salary instalment? Any sight or suggestion anyone from board level is providing any sort of leadership? Is administration expected?

No to the players being paid,We aren't hopeful of being paid next time,We haven't seen any board members since last Thursday and we are at the moment rudderless and drifting quite quickly to administration if this isn't sorted by this weekend.The EFL have sent representatives this morning to the club and are pushing pretty firmly now

It's true about Dave/Vat. When i first started posting on Cockney Latic about 20 years ago, it was happening then. He was provoked and provoked and provoked until he lost his rag, then it was 'Oh Dave is having one of his meltdowns' all because he is immensely passionate about the club. Iv'e never had a crossed word with him throughout my various aliases on different boards over the years but then again, i don't dig people out because they have different views to me. I will dig out bullies though, no problem at all with that.

Interesting that you don't think a club employee can have opinions about someone he knows to be a bloke known for embellishing the truth,yet you don't mind the bloke doing that.

The situation just got more serious then if they are at the club. I will bet you ten to a penny they are trying to find somebody in authority to speak to but can only find somebody about number 4 or 5 down the food chain who won't be able to give them the answers they need. They owners have done a Chinese. Season end - run off.
 
Interesting news in a way as one of the people rumoured to be interested in us last time Dr Marwan Koukash has been declared bankrupt today,wonder if he was ever in a position to buy us?

He blew it all on Salford RL. He probably had the same idea as our owners. Buy a club in or near Manchester, deliver a bit of success and the fans will arrive in their droves. These foreign owners don't realise that our game doesn't work like that. It takes decades of sustained success or a hugely populated city/town to attract fans. Darlington, Rushden & Diamonds, Weymouth and many more have all tried. All failed. All disappeared. Teams like Notts County are hard to find. A 'sleeping giant'.
