Nice to hear new assistant Mark Robson bigging up the youngsters and saying they have to be pushing for the 1st team - He gives special mention to Loza and McGeehan (which is good to hear) also says that Peter Grant's son Ray Grant is also another player who has done well and can push to the next level?

Robson also says that Hucks stepped in and managed the Under 18 last season - that is also good to hear.
