Onel is out after breaking his wrist against QPR - no return date but should be back for the game Huddersfield.

Springett looks to be fine. He injured his ankle but has trained well.

Everyone else is fit (expect Sorensen, Sainz and Hanley)

Sorensen had surgery and it all went well. Back working up his strength in the gym. He will return to training in September and the game against Leicester is more likely that he could return (so mid to late sept).

Sainz and Tomkinson back in the gym and same type of timeline as Sorensen but more likely October return.

DW goes on about what a great guy Krul is. Sounds like the type he wanted around this season (Barnes, Duffy etc) but the move happened really quickly. DW says it was Krul who wanted the move and had told him he wanted to get back in the premiership. Club couldn't stand in his way.

Says it was our GK coach who pointed the club in the direction of Long and not scouts and it took 6 hours to get that deal done...........interesting that it was a coach not the scouts and it was done so quickly ----- Millwall wanted him gone.

DW says he had told Krul that his number 1 is Gunn and that would not change.......enjoy being number two Long.

DW says that plan is for McCracken to stay and push for the number two. says it is a good group.

Anyone else think that maybe DW isn't as confident in Long? He was happy to loan out McCracken at start of season and go with Gunn and Krul - but now he wants McCracken around.

DW says we only need three central defenders ----- he is getting us ready for when Omo goes and no new one comes in. Also it sounds like Gibson is going to start every game as DW wants a balance of right footed and left footed central defenders playing --- we only have one left footed one so Ben starts every Time. DW says it has to be a good balance of them then says really happy to go with three central defenders.......maybe I am wrong but you'll not get a balance with three especially when two are right footed and one left???

so I'd go:

Gunn

Stacey
Omobamidele
Duffy
Giannoulis

Placheta
McLean
Sara
Rowe

Fassnacht

Sargent

Subs

Nunez - McCallum - Gibson - Barnes - Idah - Springett - McCracken - Fisher - Gibbs

could go 4-4-1-1 or swap it around and put Fass up top with Sargent or 4-3-3 with Fass dropping into central midfield and Rowe/Placheta pushing further up.

Best I can do.

As Gibson is so shite he cannot use either foot properly.
